The Development Of Intelligent Test System Of Students' Constitution

In 2002, Ministry of Education and Ministry of National Sports promulgated the file in which they demanded all colleges implement the standard of student constitution and health in the beginning of 2003 academic year. New standard has new requirements of old test methods and test device. The intelligent test system of student constitution is designed based on the basis of the standard. It is a system of acquisition and processing of distributing data, which is used to test, acquire, analysis and process data of students' constitution. It is composed of test devices (for example electronic hand dynamometer), test controller, PC and printer and so on.This paper describes mainly the development of test controller and the development of test system management software.Test controller is an intelligent device. It includes Winbond 78E58B MCU, 128*64 LCD, 16 keys, interface of IC card, interface of RS-485 serial communication, interface of RS-232 serial communication, real-time clock and FRAM. Users can input the identification information by keyboard or IC card, and the monitor of test controller can display them, and tell users how to do in next step. If the operation is error, users can retrace and have a new test again. Test controller communicates with test device in software simulated RS-232 serial ports, which includes sending commands to test device and receiving the results from the test device, and communicates with computer in RS-485 serial ports, which includes sending the results to computer and configuring test controllers. Test controller is available by the software configuration. The attributions of test controller such as communication address, input mode can be modified with the keyboard.The test system management software is developed with Delphi6.0 in circumstances of Windows. Its function includes mainly: computer communicating with the multiple controllers, the register of user's information who uses the IC card, the management of the database about the information of students and the result.By debugging and running of the system, it indicates that it is feasible design, reliable capability and achieving the functions. At present, the system has come into being a product.
