Nowadays, the data collected from industry fields are sent to the main sever computer through other computers which are connected with bus. If we have several sets of buses, we have to prepare corresponding computers and their software: kingview, and the expense is relatively tremendous. In order to meet clients' requirements, we decide to design an ARM board that would take the place of one computer and its kingview. This can minimize the cost of the whole system, equalizing only tenth cost of a computer and its kingview. More over, this system is universal, and independent on individual application. It is very worth of developing such a system.This system is combined with two main module: Module one, designed with the help of kingview, the software module running on the sever computer; Module two ,based on S3C44B0X micro controller of SAMSUNG Inc, a embedded board running uCLinux operating system.The main contents of my dissertation are as follows:Chapter one: Structure of ordinary measuring system; Brief introduction of Embedded System & ARM and Its Architecture.Chapter two: Hardware description-memory interface, net interface, serial interface, JTAG interface, LCD interface...Chapter three: How to construct Bootloader for every individual situation.Chapter four: Software description: Embedded operating system selection and their advantages. The building of cross compiling environment ,etc.Chapter five: Kingview6.5 programming.Chapter six: Summarization of all above & Prospect of subsequent research followed in the near future.
