Research On Cyber Management System Of Credit Archives

Credit is the hotspot of people's attention at present, and correspondingly he research on credit archives is the hotspot of archives research field.With the economic globalization, social economy becomes a kind of credit economy, and the related legal persons, organizations and people's actions are all credit behaviors. At present, there are two aspects that the society is concerning about with regard to the matter of credit. One is in some relatively developed regions and industries, certain achievements of credit management are made as reflected in management system and hardware construction. The other is the study and research in the academic field appears to be prosperous. However, there exist problems of credit archives, which is a crucial part of the matter of credit.From the viewpoint of archives, the author discusses the construction of management system with the approach of information management. The thesis analyzes the present situation and features of credit, the connotation and features of credit archives, as well as changes brought about by the Internet to the management thought and mode of credit achieves. By case study, the thesis illustrates the principles, methods, and standards, etc. of constructing cyber management system of credit archives.What is new in the thesis is that it deals with the social hotspot from the viewpoint of archivists, and with the approach of information management. What's more, the author does not regard the construction of management system of creditarchives as a mere archive management problem, but put it under the overall background of social informationalizaion and make research and analysis as an important part of social credit system.
