According to the trait of servo-system and the requirements of technical characteristics, the servo-system is designed with three-close-loops linear design method, including the current feedback loop, the velocity feedback loop and the position feedback loop. Output with PWM. In case of the dynamic and steady performance can't meet the requirements at the same time, the paper proposes a optimal design method of ITAE to II-style system to improve the three-close-loops servo-system. The design is easy for parameter adjustment and engineering realization. The results obtained from simulation with MATLAB tools and tests, show that dynamic and steady performance and the Robustness of the improved servo-system has been increaded.
