Research On A Portalbe Vibrosignal Acquisition And Processing System

A portable vibrosignal acquisition and processing system is realized,.based on pc104technology and the portable vibrosignal data acquisition board which is developedaccording to the field requests . The system focuses on solving the problems of keepingconsistent among several signals' phases in a complete sampling period and of self-adaption anti-aliasing filtering when the wheel rotational speed is not constant. The development of portable vibrosignal acquisition and processing systems isbriefly introduced as well as the domestic and foreign current situation, which revealsthe significance of this research. In terms of system design, several solutions areprovided and by comparison the one based on pc104 is preferable to others. Thehardware design solution is elaborated which includes signal input modules,signalconditioning modules,data acquisition modules and signal processing modules. Thedriver design of the data acquisition board in the WinCE operating system is providedfollowed by the introduction of software design frame and function.
