Research And Design On Distributed Medical Image Security Mechanism

The paper describes the development of distributed PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and visions trend of the development in China. Under the background of rapid development of medical information. More, the paper designs and implements a set of medical picture security mechanism with J2EE based on current theory of distributed PACS.It realizes user authentication in application layer ,protects distributed PACS and DICOM picture from being visited from external .The visit mechanism based on authority control system can limit user to operate within the permitted range .With the method control system ,it can record the operation of user ,which will supply reliable warrant to user management .Using verify code mechanism to preprocess the request of client ,the database will not be shocked by baleful method.At last, the paper exemplifies the practicability and validation of the medical picture security mechanism by integrate it with distributed PACS system.
