Virtulized Countermeasure Research Of Test Instruments In Agriculture Field

Virtual instrument technology is a new measurement technology developed in 1980s, and it is the important application of virtual technology applying in the field of instrument. Using the hardware and the functions of the software of computer, virtual instrument comes into being an intelligent test instrument with specialty function. The appearance of virtual instrument is both a revolution in the history of instrument development, and is the representation of the most advanced developing technique and trendy of instrument development. Virtual instrument technology is one of the important fields of information technology, and it will exert an invaluable influence on both the development of science technology and the production of industry and agriculture.In this paper, the author combines the measurement and test instrument of agriculture field with virtual instrument technology, collects abundant articles and information, communicates nearly with the instruments users, and finds out the information about the functions, prices and states of the instruments in common use. Through using virtual instrument technology, this paper research deeply into the work theory, hardware structure and software function of HPIC, humidity tester, atomic absorption spectrophotometer, FT infrared spectromonitor, then some doable technique of virtualized countermeasure and advice are put forward.The virtulized countermeasure of the measurement and test instrument include not only the traditional functions but also the modern computer software technology, database technology, data analysis and processing, such as database searches, software warning, software filtering, data statistic and distribution computing, intelligence prompting and helping, spectrogram-editing, the interface with other software, powerful data compute and analysis function (such as the numeration of peak-height, peak-area and half peak-span, differential coefficient, and transform of absorbency with transmission) spectrogram-zoom, spectrogram-smoothing, data acquisition with cursor, storage, calling and recalling of the test data, auto-reporting the test result.This research of countermeasure about measurement and test instrument in the agriculture field provide the powerful support for the further application of virtulized working.
