An Application Of A New Mobile Agent Platform In Distributed Web Database

Because of the fast development of the Internet, web based distributed databases become more and more extensive. But the traditional ways to access demote database depend strongly on the network, so that people pay more and more attention to combine mobile agents and distributed databases with the appearance of mobile agents. But the actual mobile agent platforms need much complex work in combining the distributed application to them and the mobile agents on them lack strong ability of cooperation and lack enough safety and reliability.In our work, we propose a new distributed mobile agent platform and a new cooperative model, which make the development process on mobile agent platform more similar to the traditional software development.The main work of this paper is as follows:l)We propose a new distributed mobile agent platform composed by several sub-platform. Each sub-platform composes different function according to their offering services and delete redundant function, which improves the efficiency and the safety of each sub-platform.2)We propose application management level and the reliable mechanism of communication and safety to reduce the developing difficulty and using difficulty and improve the safety between different applications.3)We propose task guider, which is responsible for creating mobile agents, to let system support more complex task in logic and time.4)We improve the cooperative ability of mobile agents through optimize theirstructure5)We use the mobile agents to special distributed data query to improve itefficiency.
