Research And Development Of B/S Based E-Government Information System

This paper discussed the development technology and solution of the Internet based E-Government information system, and introduced the design and implement of state assets property management.According to the project, this disquisition investigated the newly development of network and distribute technology, especially studied about B/S system deeply. Besides, it analysis the server side development technology in multilayer structure system, and summarized the database connection and manipulate method,the way of Web session trace,the communications between component and the correspondence between client and server which are the important technologies in Web application development.In order to enhance the software development efficiency, ensure the quality of software production and reduce repetition of software development, the design and implement of E-Government system are under the guide of Software Component Infrastructure. All the times, the security of the data transmitted throw network and the Web software is the sticking point to develop E-Government application. The security of network communication and Web application is deeply discussed and analysis in the paper. In the project, the integrality and confidentiality of data are guaranteed by setting up encryption communication channel with SSL technology. The security problem of software is settled by the way to verify client and server identity using numerical certificate, to limit the power to access the software of different kinds of user and to checkout the validity to access the server side Web page by making use of the session trace. At the same time, the necessary measure is made to strengthen the safety of database online.At present, how to improve the numerical standard of government management and enhance the management efficiency by using advanced software is a hotspot. According to the requirement of the development of state assets property management system, the research about security solution,development method and implement using Web technology in this paper is important and of great academic meaning.
