With the development of Computer Telecommunication Integration(CTI),network,communication,multimedia and distributed compute technology, Call Center becomes enterprise's important tool to contact their customers. Assembled with advanced technology of communication and computer, Call Center provides service of increasing income to enterprise, enforces service quality, and decreases revolving cost. Call Center is used in many domains such as telecommunication, post, bank, and medical care.The success application of Call Center in tourism area not only can improve working efficiency and service quality of tourism enterprise, but also can integrate tourism resource, elevation a region's tour image. So promoting the development of region tourism.The thesis details the development phrases and structure of Call Center, introduces the trend of Call Center development. The thesis expatiate the design and implementation of a Call Center system for tourism,including system analysis,system frame design,some function entities implementation. Finally the thesis describes the Data Access Layer using Container-Managed Persistence pattern, and devises and implements a new method for Web application to show image that stored in database.
