Research And Improve Of QoS Of IP Phone

The paper first define the VoIP (IP Phone), introduced IP Phone principle and related agreement and standard, analyzed the reason of rapid development of IP Phone, and believe the main power is not only the cheaper charged but also the respect of the fusion of PSTN, data network and cable TV network. In the future, Global Multimedia Communication System based on IP will be probably accomplished. With the system, voice ,datua and image all can be transmitted.QoS of IP Phone are lucubrated in the third part, it are the focus of the paper. The QoS of IP Phone is related to IP Phone's future and need more attention. After commenting existent QoS strategy ,the third part of this paper presented some improved plans, and discussed relevant merits and defects.Accrued service enriched telephone's application, at the same time it offered convenience. The fourth part of this paper presented a design about "voice Home Page" based on IP Phone. The 'Voice Home Page" can offer convenience for the blind person.The fifth part of the paper compared VoIP to VoATM and VoFR, and presented a perspective of IP Phone.In the last part designed a simple program of IP Phone, which is for experiment the improve plans of the third part. The program can be run on the Internet.
