The technology of soilless culture is a new kind of agricultural technology that can culture crops using nutrient liquid instead of soil. It is a great innovation in human plant method. It has developed quickly throughout the world because it can bring the high-speeding growth, good harvest and high quality of crops. With the development and application of computer and environment controlling technology, the soilless culture has become a collaborative, intensive and automatic system. The quick development of the soilless culture can bring great renovation to the agriculture technology. In our country the soilless culture technology has started only in recent years, so it is in introducing and experimental term now. In our country we should use an easy, cheap and effective method in the soilless culture technology. The mix and irrigation are keys of the soilless culture technology. Mixing nutrition needs specific control equipments and almost of all the equipments are introducing from overseas in our country now. This paper takes the system of nutrient liquid mixing and irrigating as its study object and the purpose of us is to produce new equipments which have property right and can replace the machines from overseas. Based on the study of the characteristic parameters and the principles of realization we designed a new structure for the mixing and irrigating system and we have develop a new system which has quick response, easy operation and stability.The paper introduces the studies and the development of an intellective soilless culture system on mixing and irrigating. The system is closed-circuited and its main controlling parameters are consistence value and acidity value of the nutrient liquid. The system includes switching circuit, analogue input and output circuit, digital integrated circuit, keyboard display circuit, driving circuit, execution mechanism etc. By its modular design the system can automatic mix the nutrient liquid and irrigate. Test result shows that the stability of the devices and the accuracy of the inspecting parameter reach the design request and its low cost is fit to our national conditions.
