The Artillery Body On-line Testing Technology

The artillery body on-line testing technology can test all kinds of artilleries size, twist, linear degree and the surface roughness. Before this, there is no on-line testing products for twist. This is the first time to finish the twist automatic testing inland, the main guide line has finished, technological broken has happened.This system includes two parts, hardware and software.The hardware are finished by singlechip, the software are finished by VC++. The main task including:when the raster ruler and axis-angle coder move forward or backward, they will bring pulse signals which are length signals and angle signals. These signals will be sent to signal processing circuits to be pretreated . Then the signals will be sent to direction differentiation circuits to differentiate the directions. After differentiating the directions, the signals will be sent to the first singlechip to be counted. The second singlechip will send the data to PC host computer through serial communication circuit to process. The host computer processed the data and displays the result on the screen, literal expressing or gragh expressing, also prints out the results.Now this system has been basically finished and waited to be put into use.
