The classical network provides "best effort" service all the time, but it can not satisfy the more and more advanced increasing network applications. From the shortcomings existing in the classical network, the future network should base on the all IP network and provide quality of service and mobile support. There is tremendous information service in the all IP network, so the service automatically managed is required very much. The mobile Internet service management issue is put forward.The service management is partitioned into the two-plane service management architecture. Among the planes, the service management for applied plane refers to application service management; the network plane refers to transport service management. The two-plane service management operates each other. The transport service management assures the QoS of the service transfer; the application service management is a kind of value-added service relative to transport service management. In this dissertation, the transport service management is primarily researched in the service management architecture.The transport service management we research in this thesis is based on mobile Internet service management architecture. Firstly, we researched the mobile Internet service management architecture. Secondly, we focused on the QoS network models which are employed in the transport service management. Then, the queue management, queue schedule mechanism and their important algorithms on boundary routers were studied. Finally, we implemented some algorithms and constructed models to be simulated based on NS-2. The performance for these algorithms was analysed.
