The position of administrative supervision is the essential characteristic of democratic politics. Administrative supervision includes supervision by the society, which means that citizens of PRC are entitled to present suggestions and complaints to the government with the help of related folk organizations and mass institutes like Trade Unions, the Youth League and Women's Federations, and have the rights to criticize and impeach problems in administrative work. The citizens also have the rights to complain about, sue against and impeach the illegal administrative behaviors.
