Fatty liver, overabundance accumulation of fattiness, is pathological changes caused by different reasons. Liver is the location of synthesizing, transforming and utilizing all kinds of fat, but not location of stockpiling fat. Fat will be clustered in the real cell of the liver while the balance of synthesizing and analyzing fat is destroyed and too much fat will' damage the natural function of liver.Fatty Liver is a reversible disease, which can be cured gradually if discovered in time and treated properly, otherwise, it would turn into liver fibrosis and hepatocirrhosis. The treatment of hepatocirrhosis is heavy related to its weight, so it's important to analyze hepatocirrhosis quantificationally.Diagnosing by B mode ultrasonic instrument can keep the patients from wound, radiation and high expense, so it is a primary clinic means of diagnosing fatty liver. The B mode ultrasonic of the fatty liver is an ultrasonic which 'has dense echo at forepart but weaken in the later part, but it is easily disturbed by many factors of the instrument and it's hard to get a steady-going inspection results, so it is very difficult to analyze hepatocirrhosis quantificationally.Fatty Liver can be classified into pervading fatty liver and the non-pervading ones. The pervading one can be analysed quantificationally by using the double fixed method, but thenon-pervading fatty liver is a kind of pathological changes which the fat is distributed unevenly, and influenced by the blood vessel and cell of the liver, so generally the CT technology is the main way to deal with it. From the medical .point, we use a improved Laplacian edge detected algorism to pre-process the non-pervading fatty liver, the improved Laplacian operator have used the new model which owned eight direction additionally and set a proper weighed -vector, so the results of image edge detection has been improved visibly. The improved Laplacian preprocess algorism can partly analyse the pervading fatty liver quantificationally.In this paper, the fixed model means getting the body model and the patients' liver B ultrasonic video picture, analyzing quantificationally the patients fatty liver after comparing these two; the double fixed model means using normal and heavy fatty liver,two kinds of body models standard; getting the two body model andthe patients' video image of B mode ultrasonic; and calculating the lengthwise direction shade of gray, so we can use this two standard shade of'gray about body model to adjust the shade of gray of patients' image. Through this way, the decay curve of the patients' fatty liver has a correspondingly stable position between the normal and heavy fatty liver decay curves. So it can decrease the influences from the instrument to the diagnose much better.
