The statistics and analysis of test results is the important part in modem test process and item bank construction, which is a necessary means to promote test more scientific and more normative too. It is significant to establish the strict control means of test quality and find problems existing in the test timely, by analyzing and utilizing the test results, which is not only for the test itself buf also for the standard item bank construction, for the quality improving of test paper and examination and for the promotion to innovation and development of education. The research object of this dissertation aims at the analysis of test results and item bank construction, and all kinds of data reflecting the test quality are obtained by gathering, disposing and analyzing the scores of tests. In the same time the test analysis and item bank system has been developed, combining with the practical work.The main ideas of this dissertation are as follows:Chapter one illuminates the significance of tests analysis and item bank construction, and analyzes the relationship between test results analysis and item bank construction. Then, the research status and development trend of test results analysis and item bank construction are introduced, finally purposes, significance and contents of the dissertation are illuminated.The second chapter discusses the methods for statistics and analysis of test results from the point of view of educational statistics and measurement. It includesthe application of mathematical statistics methods, and item bank theories in common use are introduced in brief. Then, the requirements of the system are analyzed, and the system is made out and designed, framework and features and main functional modules of this application software are introduced too.In chapter three, the realization of system is introduced, the used key technology is illuminated, main problems and solution in designing the system are elaborated too. Stored procedure technology is the core technology of the whole system. Besides the advantages of the rapid execution and higher safety properties, it possesses indispensable capability of multi-layered application. For these users' convenience, this system will display the analyzed results in Microsoft Word in the form of graph, and some source codes are listed, finally the efficiency of the system and some program are optimized.The last chapter shows the application of the system, and demonstrates the conclusion. At last, summarizes the research of the dissertation and explicates the developing aspects of the coming research work.
