With the development of global economy incorporation and enlargement of market, collaborative management of enterprises' storage and distribution becomes complex, and competitions among enterprises are not only that of productions 'qualities but also that of logistics ability, hence building modern logistics management information system is an important way to bring third party logistics enterprises great economic benefit.
