In the new age, three basic requirements are high reliability, high effect and low disturbance of electromagnetism.In recent years, great progress has been made in the field of switch-mode power supply technology in China and also effective average current technology and soft switching technology have been adapted. We have received many considerable achievements in theory, research, production and application. After external opening and speedy economical development for twenty years, the power supply market in China has great potential and interspace, and it is also attractive to most developed countries. Our companies should persist in high jumping-off point, high standard, high quality, and catching up with the international levels. It will boost the criterion of power supply market. In later years, market competition will characterize in quality, technology and human resource.The high frequency switch-mode power supply focused by this subject mainly used in galvanoplastics(NDF), electrification(NCF), electrical chemistry(NHF), and excitation(NLF). The high frequency switch-mode power supply of NDF is designed for particular galvanoplastics technics, specially for the whole power supply during galvanoplastics and painting circuit board galvanoplastics. The high frequency switch-mode power supply of NHF is designed for electroanalysis technics and dealing with high pure water technics(EDI power supply is fixed),especially for the whole power supply during the electroanalysis in which EDI power supply is used.This essay can be divided into six chapters:First, the development and status of the switch-mode power supply are introduced, including research purpose, research significance and research contents.Second, the part mainly introduces soft switching technology , and some details about the working process of the PWM converter of Buck circuit and the PWM converter of Full-Bridge controlled system.Third, this part discusses the significant of electromagnetism compatibility, And this passage detailedly introduces disturbance, and points out resolved measures bothfrom hard ware and soft ware.Fourth, this passage analyses the hard ware parts of the project, and introduces the main circuit and protection circuit of switch-mode power supply. In addition, this part explains working circuit of RS485.Fifth, this passage mainly analyses the soft ware parts of the project. And this part particularly introduces the software of the single pedestal power supply module and monitoring system, and introduces some drivers.Sixth, this part sums up the design of system, and points out the shortcomings. What is more, some suggestions have made to next work.
