Science Of Press Supervision

It is more and more acknowledged that scientifically supervisory system is indispensable in our modern society, While press supervision makes one of the most popular and difficult parts in both the theoretical and practical press fields currently. Hence the research on the problem seems meaningful theoretically and realistically .The thesis will begin with studying ontology of press supervision and end with defining the social rules and restrictors on it.The essay is divided mainly into four parts:First, I'll study the news information from the angles of Journalism and The public philosophy, and then elaborate the significant of precise and timely information on the press supervision from several aspects as press process, requirement of supervision and basis of supervision.Second, study the mastering and judging of specific information from the angle of supervision process .The criteria, of course, are factuality, law restriction, social public sentiment, and the inner value of information.Third, analyze the relationship between the directions of public opinions and social aims, so as to detect the social functions and position of press supervision.Finally summarize the social definitions and restrictions on the press supervision, according to those principles as 'for people', 'by law' , 'by regulation' and 'for the people's rights ' .
