Research On Propaganda Abroad In Present Position

As the important part of outward open, propaganda abroad acts the character of holding the balance in Chinese modernization development, which has the political effect of maintaining national benefits and shaping national character, and has the economic effect of economy development and investment promotion service, as well as has the recommendable effect of the purpose "let the world understand China, and let China go into the world".
