Cardiovascular disease is one of the most common diseases. WHO (World Health Organization) regards it as the most serious diseases that threaten human's health in the 21st century. Correctly examining cardiovascular disease is very crucial to the candidates' lives and prognosis and becomes an important task which all countries over the world should solved urgently. Now it doesn't have a perfect measure technology (noninvasive) as criterion admitted by all yet, and every measurement almost has its own partial emphasis on theory or has some default items. So, through mastering cardiovascular knowledge systematically in accompany with comprehension and synthesis of many kinds of measurements, we presented a measurement which is easy to operate and coincide with our hardware manufacture level nowadays. Moreover, we develop a clinical measuring system, it is important to our cardiovascular with epidemic investigation, disease prevention and early detection. The main works in this article are listed as follows : ① Design the hardware of hemodynamics measuring system with my companion, for obtaining the cuff pressure and pulse wave signals through cuff method.② Research and conclude the methods to determine blood pressure, present a method that systhsis the mean value method, comparing method and empiric coefficient method of the oscillometric blood pressure measurement.③ Research and expound in detail the vascular stiffness index(VSI) measurement, and apply it to the clinical test to verify, analyse and improve.④ Combine the national and international hemodynamics measurements and present a hemodynamics measurement which is easy to operate and coincide with our hardware manufacture level nowadays.⑤ adopt VC language to edit the software system to complete the real-time communication between computer and SCM, draw the real-time data on the interface, analyse and check all the hemodynamics, save and print the singal data and the result parameters.⑥ Do clinical test and analyse in the hospital to verify and improve the measuring system.
