This article introduces the function model, implement mechanism and some advanced technologies and innovations that have been used in the research and development of Tower Simulator System and it also probes into the tendency of the system in the near future.The Tower Simulator System is a real time simulation system that is used to train airport tower controller. The system transports a large number of data that must be transported in real time. As the Tower Simulation System is built on the non-operation-system, the system must have the capability of real time processing. In this article, a real time network is designed based on the characteristic of this system.The interaction between system and users is implemented both by observing simulate vision or instruments (radar) and by sending command to the operator. In actual work there are so many types of instrument and they are changed usually. The operator must have the ability to compete instructions. In order to advance, the performance of the system, there must be some new way to interact with the system. The paper based on the instruct mechanism which consist of macro definition, instruct atom introduce into a new method, the command automaker.During the exercise the stand or fall of training plan have great impact on the result of the exercise. The training plan must be edit very carefully, but this work is very hard. In order to improve the result of exercise, the training plan should be edit in some new method. A new way that can automatically create training plan is introduce into the system.The Tower Simulator System attaches texture on the 3D-module that is constructed by tri-module-tool, so there are a lot of airdrome pictures used in the system. How to prevent those pictures from pirate? As an efficient way ofinformation hiding, digital watermark has been made great progress , but many digital watermarking architectures are low efficiency. This paper provides a new architecture that is robust and invisible. Based human visual system (HVS), the architecture is adaptive, visible and robust. It can avoid clipping. Moreover, the compute process of the architecture is easy.
