GIS has already developed into a kind of industry. Like other industrial products, GIS products must have quality management and quality control, which make GIS can offer user quality index while offering its products in the future. In GIS, quality information encapsulation is the foundation of the quality analysis, study, and express. We could make a future analysis of the quality only through the organic combination of the quality information with various other information of a map object. From the independent encapsulation, real-time query, and dynamic analysis, the paper describes the information encapsulation, information query, and error analysis facing the geographic feature under GIS environment. So the position information, attribute information, and accuracy information will be combined together. That is called the organic combination of information store and information visualization. With the popularization and application of GIS, the visualization problems in GIS are outstanding day by day. Because existing approaches of visualization can't meet the demands of user, we need to improve our visualization technology from its theoretical foundation and theoretical model, etc. Only by this way, could we improve our visualization technology at all. Visualization in GIS relates to kinds of disciplines and much knowledge. Topological model is one of the key technologies in GIS visualization. It is favorable to GIS visualization to design a topological model of space and a topological model of time that could meet the demands of GIS visualization. For this reason, the paper describes a N4I topological model of space based on spatial coordinates, at the same time, proposes an Algorithm to form the model Matrix. For the development of temporal-spatial GIS, the paper proposes a temporal-subsection topological model, and completes the identification of its characteristic. Finally, the paper applies the temporal-subsection topological model to the temporal analysis of TGIS.
