Study On Superhighway Emergency And Security System

Emergency and security system of freeway is an important task in China. It's a branch of Emergency and security system in Intelligent Transportation System-ITS. It uses advanced electronic technology, information technology, transducer technology and system engineering to offer the forecasting model, location of accidents on freeway and offer some information and scheme for the freeway administration when rescue taking on. Set up accident forecasting model is an important function of this system, it's in order to give freeway administration exact forecast information of accidents. Under immediately dispose the accidents and liquidate the accident location, reduce the secure time, avoid secondary accidents. At the same time reduce the affection of accident in transportation and avoid the traffic jam, and promote economy development.In this article we first introduce the development of ITS and superhighway in China, at the mean time give the importance of establishing ITS in ChongQing. After the research on Cheng-Yu superhighway, design the frame of emergency and security system, it includes accident forecasting model, accidents automatic locating, process rescue, expert system of accident management, and explain the function of all the subsystem.Accident forecasting model is an important task in superhighway emergency and security system. We use the data of accident that occur on the Cheng-Yu freeway and theory of gray system, arrange the out of order data to be in some rule. Then use Gray Model (GM(1,1)) establish forecasting model and analyze the historic data to revise it.We use emergency phone, prowl car, mobile phone and GPS receiver on the vehicle to automatic locating. Due the different kinds of time, climate, season, locus, vehicle and accidents style, we use different way to process the rescue, and adopt mighty means to avoid secondary accident.Accident management system ranges the happened accident in file, use expert system to provide some expertise for accident rescue.All parts of this system can achieve their own goal, and as a whole system, it can accomplish the expecting object too.
