Laser-controlled ground leveling technology is the combination of normal ground leveling technology and laser control technology. The leveling shovel is driven by a tractor and its rising and dropping is controlled by automatic electric system, so the shovel will always operate in the same level. This leveling system also can be installed together with bulldozer and forklift. This system can be widely used in road constructing, square and playground leveling and house foundation leveling. It can smooth the ground to the appointed level only one time if the wave difference of the ground is not too large, so it can greatly improve the grouhd leveling efficiency and accuracy.Normally the laser-controlled ground leveling systern contains four units, laser emitter, lasef receiver, controller and leveling shovel. This paper researches the following subject theoretically.Stability and speediness is the main target of optimal control, if a system is not stable, it cannot work; on the other side, if it cannot response last enough to the input, it is useless. Simulink is applied when analyzing the previous issues. Srmulink is one of the most efficient simulation tools; it can solve this problem perfectly . Establishing the mathematic modelthe results are visible.
