Because of high linearity, the duaMoop feedforward technology is developed the most quickly and has a best future. Though the duaMoop feedforward technology has been researched oversea for years, with the development and application of Mobile Communication Technology and Wireless Broad Band Communication System, It is still the hotspot question in this field up to the present. In the paper, taking duaMoop feedforward power amplifier working at the frequency of 800MHz as an example, the working procession and main performance of duaMoop feedforward power amplifier are analyzed detailed in theory. Using the HPADS which is one of most effective softwares for design and simulation of RF circuits and systems to simulate and analyze, bringing forward some idiographic methods to optimize the circuit. With the designing and debugging of actual circuit, approving the analyse in theory and simulation of computer to be correct.During the research ,finding some important as follow: If wanting to get an ideal linearity of duaMoop feedforward system, needing an accurate balance of amplitude and phase, so the attenuation, the delay and the phase in the circuit must be designed accurately. At the same time duaMoop feedforward power amplifier is sensitive to the change of working environment(including the temperature, the working frequence, the power, parts of an apparatus aging and voltage of power supply etc.),which has a great effect to the stability of performance, so must take some measures to clear up the affect and insure the system' reliability.On the base of the theory and the simulation, a power amplifier system which works at the frequency of 800MHz, adopts the project of duaMoop feedforward linearization technology and has a stable controlling circuit has been designed and realized. The result inosculates to what has been anticipated on the base of testing.
