Research And Development Of Production Management System For Tobacco Enterprises

Based on the analysis of the research status of some important problem in production management and the characteristics of tobacco enterprises, the solution to the implementation of preduction management system in tobacco enterprises is proposed. Combied with the HCF_ERP preject sponsored by the national 863 programs, some problems of production management in tobacco enterprises such as producton process, the function framework and realization of software sysstem, production planning, production scheduling, etc. are studied in this dissertation.Chapter One explains the characteristics of the production management and the necessity of the research by discussing all kinds of challenges that the modern enterprises have to face and revievving the development of the advanced manufacturing technology. Then this paper further summarizes several critical points and their present research, explains the necessity of this kind of research and points out the research aspects, then the main ideas and the frame of the paper are put forward at last.Chapter Two summarizes the characteristics of the tobacco production, and on the basis of the analysis of the production management status quo of Hangzhou Tobacco Enterprises, suggests the models of the production planning making process and production process models.Chapter Three, according to the necessity of the production management systems of the tobacco enterprises, puts forward the body functioning frames of the production planning and scheduling, designs main functions; then brings forward the data flow models and realizes partial database designing.Chapter Four analyzes the characteristics of the production planning making of tobacco enterprises, then explores the accounting methods of the production capacity and material requirements, and monthly and weekly production plan-making methods.Chapter Five, on the analysis the core flow of production scheduling plan making, puts forward a set of resolving methods of the whole plan-making process of the packing scheduling, tobacco-manufacturing scheduling and leaves-making scheduling; and researches on other critical points of the tobacco-manufacturing workshops and packaging workshops.Chapter Six summarizes the whole paper and puts forward the prospects of the future research.
