Deployment Of Directory Service And The Design And Realization Of JNDI Beans

Directory Service is the key technology for enterprises to trace all information and set up a platform of efficient e-commerce, currently many kinds of commercial directory service software based on various kinds of platforms have already been put into the market It is a great advantage for enterprises to set up an informationalized platform based on the directory service.once an informationalized platform based on the directory service is set up.enterprises can enjoy a great deal of priorities in reducing data redundant and inconsistency, realizing single-point login, improving the performance of system service, promoting the systematic security etc. But a lot of questions still exist in the course of actual popularization of the directory service.for instance, the non-systematic directory design method results in difficulty in the management and maintaining of the directory, and a limited quantity of application program based on the directory service impose restrictions on the strong function of the directory service.In view of these existing problems, this thesis discusses the deployment strategy and relevant technology of directory service in the enterprises, studies the development technique of application system based on the directory .which realizes its integration with directory service.The detailed discussion goes like following.The first chapter introduces the directory service and its development tools. The second and third chapter presents a brief reviews about the development of directory service and introduces the Information model, naming model, function model, acess control and distribution model of direcotry service in details as well as its application in the real world.The fourth chapter discusses the deployment and design strategy of directory service in enterprises by living examples.The fifth chapter designs and realizes a development component JNDI Beans.which gives a transparent.secure platfrom for web applications to acess directory service.The sixth chapter, on the basis of previous chapter, presents an example.which integrate the web appliction and directory server by using JSP and JNDI Beans.The last chapter makes conculsion by an general review of the research in the above-mentioned chapters and points out the orientation for further research.
