HIS Based On The Hybrid Structure And New Technology Of Distributed Processing

It is a very important choice to construct hospital information system to make hospital management digital and modernization, and it is also fundamental to be suit to the international way in the age of knowledge economy. Hospital information system will enhance quality of medical service, working efficiency, economical benefit. It will change the conception of time and space and make the chance to information exchange and sharing resources all over the world.Hospital information system is a fundamental equipment and technical support environment in modern hospital. Like other MIS, HIS not only tracing and managing the information produced by human being flow, financial flow and matter flow to enhance the system working efficiency, but also supporting all medical, education and research activity which service to medical recording of patient.This thesis discusses on the developing HIS (Hospital Information System) based on the model of Client/Server and Browser/Server. First of all, the thesis introduces the background of developing HIS, layouts and designs the whole HIS, analyses and designs HIS database. The second, the thesis introduces and analyses the model of Client/Server and Browser/Server, then sets up the model of system on user's demand. The model takes advantage of the superiority of the model C/S on processing basic routine and the specialty of the model of B/S on browsing information, searching information, announcing information and deciding based on information, entirely integrated the good point of two models. Finally, the technology of distributed object and thearchitecture of CORBA, the software architecture of area electronicmedical record information system on broaden net is discussed, CORBA-WEB programming of the system and solution method of CORBA technology are also presented. The technique of CORBA is categorized and compared in this paper in end.
