This task is to monitor the two main parameters(radial and frictional pressure ) online of the wear test machine and to treat with the data collected using modern advanced checking technology after making a mechanical analysis of the machine, according to the mechanical characteristic between the cylinder sleeve-piston ring. It can provide powerful means to advanced study.This paper is based on the research about the simulative experimentation of the gas engine's cylinder sleeve-piston ring before. It develops 80C52 SCM(Single Chip Micyoco) hardware module, including data collection A/D and data transfer, which make the efficiency of this system better greatly; what's more , it designs and realizes the PC controlling software using Windows and VC , which can process and analyze the data on real time, its friendly interface is helpful to experiment; and it uses serial communication to realize the data exchange between the software and hardware modules. At last the system is validated to run correctly and steadily.
