Improve And Readjust The Function Of The Oracle Database

This article analyses many types of bottleneck of resources, which often appeare in using the Oracle Database. Base on these, it gives a detail description on adjusting parameter of server's operation system, adjusting parameter of Oracle database, adjustment of network, the structure of practical program and analysis of SQL language, and so on.On the side of hardware and operating system ,it sums up the strategy of optimization adjusting which is on the EMS-memory management, the I/O control of disk and the using of CPU.It primarily analyses the management of EMS memory from the use of distributing exchange space reasonably,the efficiency of exchanging disk page,the adjustment of the whole system and the settings of the singel-lamp parameter.lt also offers some strategys of optimizing the disk I/O,for example ,how to balance the I/O between the disks equally and how to reduce the access time of the disks furthest.The fourth part of the third chapter introduces the adjusting method of import parameter that affect the system's capability in the parameter file of Oracle database (init.ora) .In the objective network envirmnment,the article introduces how to reduce as much of the net flux as possible,so as to impove the system's function.In addition,the qulity of the application's design whose key is SQL language will affect the funtion of the whole database system directly.The fourth chapter particularly introduces the optimization and the adjusting principle of the SQL language.Index is the import data-structure which affects the executive effencicy of the SQL language.It introduces the practical skills of index in the application's developing and using.To master some methods and skills of optimizing the database's capbility and make the best of it ,you will make the Oracle database system run efficiently and high-quality.
