DSP Applied In Industry Vision-inspection And Study Of Software Optimizing

Traditionally,Industry inspection depends on eyes. As hardware capability of computer improved and theory of computer vision developed,automated visual inspection have been applied in Industry inspection. Because digital image processing of automated visual inspection uses up a lot of time,Real time and high precision can't be reached when microcomputer is used. Then automated visual inspection is applied limited in Industry inspection.It is technology of digital signal processing based on available chip of digital signal processing that is developing from 1980s and has powerful process ability to process digital signal. On this ground,in order to solve the question of real time and high precision in Industry inspection,it may be taken the place of microcomputer to process digital image. Content of each chapter as followed:In chapter 1 computer vision and automated visual inspection is presented. The question of real time and high precision using automated visual inspection in Industry inspection is pointed out. In order to resolve it,technology of DSP is elicited.In chapter 2,technology of DSP,the applied and advantage of DSP system is introduced. Digital signal processor-TMS320C6701 is described.In chapter 3 how to establish Industry Vision-inspection system using system of DSP is discussed. Two important issue that System of DSP how to communicate computer and how to start System of DSP is studied.In chapter 4 the way of how to develop software of DSP is introduced. Some algorithm of digital image processing is accomplished in System of DSP.In chapter 5 software optimizing based on Digital signal processor-TMS320C6701 is studied. Compared performance of digital image processing between system of DSP and microcomputer,it is faster in system of DSP than in microcomputer.
