Audience's watch-TV behavior and TV programming share inseparable relationship-in one hand, TV programming influences how audience choose certain behavior of watching TV; in the other hand, audience's watch-TV behavior influences how the TV programming is being shaped. The key expression of audience's watch-TV behavior is watching selection, including the selection of channel/program, the selection of watching time and the selection of the way of watching. The way of how to make the TV program scientific and rational is the way of how to make the broadcasting of TV program comply with the law of audience's selection of watch-TV behavior as possible as it can. This article analyzes the elements which influence audience's watch-TV behavior from the perspective of the subject and the object which refer to the audience themselves and the TV program, and then applies the research conclusion to the system of TV programming by proposing corresponding solution.
