The Research Of Digital Control System Of The Magnetic Bearing | Posted on:2003-10-02 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Dai | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2168360062976377 | Subject:Mechanical and electrical engineering | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | In this paper,the digital control system of Active Megnectic Bearing(AMB) is researched.The self-tuning PID cntrol simulation of a high-speed grinder spindle uint suspended by AMB and the digital PID control experiment based on the digital siganal processor(DSP) are conducted.Firstly the principle of the magnetic bearing is introduced briefly and the magnetic force is analysed and computed and the difference equation of AMB is establishedSecondly,the self-tuning PID cntrol simulation of AMB is performed.In the self-tuning PID control simulation^ recursive least-square estimation algorithm is used to estimate the system parameters on which the controler parameters are designed.If the parameters of the system is changed,the controller can tune by itself accordingly. The influence of disturbance and the change of the system parameters is analysed and the comparison between the self-tuning PID control and the conventional PID control is done.Thirdly the digital PID control experiment based on the DSP is conducted in the paper.The hardware and the software of the control system is designed.The problem how to perform the float-point operation on a pointing device is solved.During the experiment,the digital PID control algorithm is used by which the AMB is suspended successfully and the dynamic. Characteristics is analysed.At last the self-tuning PID control system based on DSP is designed.
