In this thesis, the shortcomings and the limitations of traditional measuring instruments are analyzed, a new resolvent is advanced, the testing and managing system of hydraulics experiments with convenient operation and complete functions developed successfully by the author using singlechip technology.. serial communication technology and database technology is particularly discussed, the advantages of the system are introduced , the design scheme and the implementation principle are expounded, and the experimental result of the system is revealed and valued.The development of the system is of very importance of realism and innovation. The system developed-according to actual needs of institute of hydraulics in xi' an university of technology will drive and promote greatly the improvement of experimental conditions and quality. At the same time, it reveals the direction and trend of the modern instruments, providing reference for the amendment and optimization of each hydraulics lab at home.In the system, 25 measuring instruments are designed and completed accomplishing 5 hydraulics experiments separately: the Renault experimentof flowing modality, the measuration of drag index along the pipeline^ the measuration of flowmeter index> orifice outflow experiment, nozzle outflow experiment;The serial communication network is designed and completed transmitting the experimental datas from 25 measuring instruments to the computer;The database system is designed and completed storing and managing the transmitted experimental datas;The operation interface is designed and completed processing the experimental datas according requirements and printing the graphs and datas.The evaluation of experimental result shows that the system can complete each task such as datas measuring, datas transmitting, datas processing, datas managing and report printing, with steady performance and good result, and can satisfy the needs of hydraulics experiments teaching. So we can believe that the modern instruments based on computers having incomparable superority to the traditional instruments will be in the leading flight in future instruments world.
