APC control system is new control system which is used in the abroad, especially during strobe and ribbon machining. In order to improve producer's efficiency, the mechanism such as rolling mill and shearing machine, which requests position control can go to the position in the best times and in the best mode, now, in the industrial application, open-loop control system is more used, even though in the closed-loop control system only adopts PID regulator, so time and efficiency can not reach the best. This paper basing this actuality, design and apply the APC control system.This paper adopt the FUZZY-PID control method in automatic position control system, and detailed introduce FUZZY-PID control method, and demonstrate its feasibility and superiority.This paper establishes mathematical mode based two rolls mill and four rolls mill in aluminum product mill, and introduces the emulating with MATLAB. This paper analyzes the emulating outcome, gets the best control method.This paper in detail introduces the application of OMRON C200HS PLC, use the transducer to speed regulation, use the photoeletricity coder to orient. Based to the practical result, we get a conclusion that adopting FUZZY-PID control method can get the best time and the best efficiency.
