HISC(Human Intelligence Simulating Controller) is a theory developing greatly in recently twenty years, and succeeds in great number of practical applications. This thesis is concerned with researches and discussions of control approach to the automobile-break-test system as the object in this field.Automobile-break-plateform and frame test system is a complex system with great inertia and delay as well as the uncertainty of inner controlled objects' kinetics characteristics and disturbance of environment. It is a thorny problem to control this kind of system efficiently. On account of the difficulty constructing an accurate mathematics model, HISC is an effective way to solve the controlling problem of this kind of system.Currently most domestic break-test-plateform adopt the liquid-pressure-servo technique, which possesses the advantages of higher frequency-response and higher controlling exactness, but in the same time , the disadvantages of higher cost, variation of function with the change of oil viscousness produced by the fluctuation of temperature. Moreover, the liquid-pressure system is sensitive to the pollution of oil, so it is necessary to take protective and filtrating steps. The other method, air-pressure controlling has advantages of lower cost, free from pollution and strong adaptability, etc, and deficiencies in lower frequency-response, greater noise. With the response frequency at 20 Hz when testing the system, there is almost no distortion in every kind of recorded parameters. If air-pressure controlling can satisfy the frequency response test, it will meet the designing demands of customs and its air-pressure controlling method in our system. To determine whether the system satisfies the frequently-response, we have done a lot of works of computation, test and simulation discussion.The thesis also shows that we have fulfilled HISC controlling experiment in autombile-break-platform-frame-test system through a lot of simulation reseaches and practical applications. Its practical result is satisfacting.The experiment is a typical application of HISC algorithm in air-pressure-servo system and a successful example of technical innovation in traditional industry.The control system has put into tentative operation in Chongqing Automobile Institute . Currently, it is running very well we believe that the system will be applied more widely in the near future.
