AbstractThe coordinated control system (CCS) of turbine-generator unit is a complicated multi-variable control system. With the development of modem control theory, more high-level control algorithms aim at the practical realization problem of multi-variable control system. More intelligent control methods also have been applied in process control practice. The following aspects are studied principally in this paper.Based on the CCS physical feature, the characters of the DEB and IEB are analyzed, and then a new change-structure controller is presented which is used to compensate shortcomings of DEB and IEB systems.According to boiler's complexity, a new predicted algorithm is proposed creatively by using two-way errors and the dynamic model instead of static model. The simulation proves that the algorithm has better advantages than traditional PID on control characters. At last, this algorithm is applied to CCS successfully.Decoupling is needed to deal with coupling problem of MIMO system. it is hard to decouple fully. A FUZZY control algorithm with adaptive parameter is applied to CCS, mainly according to boiler's disturbances and turbine's affluence. At the same time a PID controller is applied to adjust objective to remove static error, to decrease the holding of rule library.
