This paper, combined with related scientific research, mainly develops a design project of three axils air-bearing tabTh software system and discusses main problems in application. It proposes a new method that decentralized devices are centralized controlled by an information inspection management system base on LAN. In the part of system project, this paper mainly discusses the components of the system, communication transfer model, data sampling, the application of output control and etc. In the part of basic concept, it detailedly analyzed the socket programming principle based on TCP/IP on Microsoft Windows platform, mechanism of multithreading and communication, document/view pr4ogram framework of MFC. the display and print of data and etc. Finally it analyzes operation flow of the system. the principle and method of each functional module.
