The design and implementation of the Control System of Hulin Core Station is presented in this paper. The Control System is a DDC system,which is the important part of the Hulin Heat_Supply Control System.The hardware adopted in the system include Industrial PC, signal input devices and signal output devices. The modular design method is applied in the process of software design. The whole control software can be divided into two parts,the main control module and the function module. Control operations are implemented in the main control module that observes signals from sensors and provides command signals to electromechanical actuators.The improved digital PID algorithm is chosen as the automatic control algorithm. What the function module serve include the querying displaying printing of the historical data and the deciding of password function. This software is based on Windows 9.X Operating System and Microsoft Access Database System.
