DCS Design For Power Plant And Research On Auto-tuning Of PID Controllers

With thermal process control system transformed in XJGU LANZHOU power plant ,In view of the traits of the boiler in medium-sized or small ized power plants, this paper has made a research development of the DCS of Power Plant based on the analysis of the characteristic of the DCS and consideration of the system safety and reliability. Meanwhile, aiming at the troublesomeness and retardation of manual tuning of PID controllers, the paper has made a study of auto uning arithmetic of PID controllers and prospect for the development trends of the DCS.
