PWM control mode and phase-shift control mode are typically used in full bridge PWM converter. In the traditional PWM control mode, power components work in the hard-switching mode, sustain great stress, and the switching loss is very large; As phase-shift control mode is used, zero- voltage-switching (ZVS) is very difficult to realize because of many factors. So that, based on the traditional PWM control mode, the turn-off of the two power components in the full bridge PWM converter are delayed, consequently, zero-current-switching (ZCS) is realized. First, this thesis analyzes operation mode and operation mechanism of the converter circuit, based on this, primary project of the power supply have been designed. And then, the paper simulates the operation principle of the power supply using simulation software, basing the result of simulation analysis, the topology of the converter is improved and perfected to supply the gap. At last, the circuits are installed and debugged, a example machine is developed and experimented. Then, we compare and analyze the experiment result and the simulation result.
