The Research On Current Status And Developing Countermeasures Of Henan Women's Basketball Club

Henan Provincial Party Committee proposed a transformation strategy that from the "cultural province" to "cultural province" in 2005. Competitive sports as an important part of the culture, good or bad of its development has a direct impact on cultural development in our province. In recent years, although the development of competitive sports in our province has increased than before, but the pace of development is far from other advanced provinces and cities.This article will start small and from micro to macro, through the analysis of the status of Henan women's basketball club to acquaintance the factors affecting the development of Henan women's basketball, finding the advantages and disadvantages of Henan women's basketball team-building, giving some suggestions for Henan women's basketball club, and also for the development of other ball clubs, further providing assistance for the development of competitive sports, in order to t promoting the advance of modern civilization of Henan Province, finally making modest contributions in the grand goal of "two leaps".In this paper will use the research methods like literature method,survey method,interview,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and so on. To conduct a questionnaire survey on Henan Women's Basketball athletes and spectators; To have the interviews about coaches,club managers,Provincial Sports Bureau manager,referee, and use scientific methods to analyze the gathered information; To make a comparative analysis and collect material with scientific methods; in the end it comes to the conclusion as follows:(1) Henan Women's Basketball club have a co-sponsorship of The Sports Commission and the enterprise, Club "professional" imperfect and departments setting is unreasonable, club market research is stay on the surface and the business development is single.(2) The publicity of the game is not enough and ticket sales methods is single, attendance high, but free tickets rampant, and ticketing different.(3) Television, sponsorship advertising, signs and other related products'development is not enough, market unhealthy, non-smooth. (4) The overall age structure of the team is more reasonable; athletes have obvious height advantage, in the next few seasons there is lots of room to upgrade.(5) Athletes especial the substitutes have low wages, poor training conditions and the training environment, and old equipment.(6) Henan Women's Basketball reserve personnel training model and selecting channel is single, more athletes are lack of knowledge.(7) The coaches'age structure are reasonable,have long sports experience and high educated,have rich experience in teaching and have high professional ethics and dedication, but less than ideal research conditions.(8) Henan Province Sports Bureau devotes much attention to the development of the club, which is a powerful spiritual support.Aim at the problems in this research project proposed measures for improvement as follows:(1) Set clear objectives,detailed plans,give an overall development about the club. The government should support in a macro adjustments and controls' way, establish a sound and reasonable system, establish a market operation department, additional funding sources and channels, make the club healthier, and speed up the pace of professional clubs.(2) To increase ticket sales outlets, increase the intensity of media campaign, use the market to open up sales channels, deepen the level of business development, to develop their own products as much as possible.(3) Use the social forces to have more exchanges with the universities, increase and augment the researches, improve the research level and teaching level of the coaches, enhance the overall quality of coaches.(4) Attention to personnel training and selection of reserve issues, not only to seize the technical level of issues as well as scientific and cultural knowledge. When selecting qualified personnel in the reserve should be taken the diversified and overall programs.(5) Change the club operating mode and take the advanced enterprise management under the conditions of economic model for example, according to the club's actual convert the single business model to integral, to improve the ability to effectively manage resources and set up diversified financing channels.(6) To strengthen the construction and maintenance of women's basketball training ground, to improve the modernization of the construction site as much as possible, to provide a scientific and comfortable training environment for them and to improve their athletic ability.(7) Strengthen the construction of coaches procession, not only pay attention to their training methods, but also their research ability and teaching ability, to cultivate the spirit of"It is never too late to learn", improve the competitive level of coaches'team.(8) Enhancing the education of scientific cultural knowledge about club Members, at the same time, pay attention to strengthening their psychological quality of training and exercises to develop all-round development of the high-level athletes.
