Academic freedom and academic democracy of university governance are the most desirable dream of the culture. Eliot even asserted that the atmosphere of the academic freedom is an important indicator of college success. The spirit of academic freedom, not only should teachers have, but students should be cultivated. Professors have the freedom to teach, have the right to talk their academic found and participate in academic management.
