Teacher's negative emotion refers to the emotion which brings an unpleasant or even a depressed mood and has a certain hindward effect to student's moral development. Teacher's positive emotion as a necessary quality and ability in the process of teaching and education, is not only a demand for the teacher as a common person in the society, but also a technical demand for them professionally. Therefore, it is important to carry out effective measures to regulate teacher's negative emotion through certain ways.As an exploring research of teacher's emotion work, this paper analyzes the concrete manifestation and the causing factors of teacher's negative emotion on the basis of the existed concept of emotion and negative emotion, discusses its influence on school moral education and gives some regulative strategies. The entire research is formed by four parts,the major findings are as following:1. Teacher's negative emotion mainly includes the excessive emotion responses, such as violent anger, hatred, etc; durable passive mood like melancholy, disappointed and so on; the excessive concealing emotion, which shows vaguely.2. The causing factors of teacher's emotion are as follows: the impeded communication between the teacher and the students or the improper behavior and manners of the students; the excessive pressure in teacher's work and life; the conflict between society's high expectation for the teacher and teacher's unsatisfying life condition; teacher's insufficient ability and quality and so on.3. Teacher's negative mood has a negative influence in school moral education through the influence on student's self-respect, self-discipline and self-awareness and the teacher-student relationship. Therefore effective regulation of the teacher's negative emotion should be carried on together by teachers themselves, the schools and the society.
