With the gradual deepening of the school reform, non-governmental kindergartens in rural areas have risen rapidly, the cause of early childhood education in rural areas occupy an indispensable position. Kindergartens and families are two inseparable "Educators" in the course of the healthy growth of children. Kindergartens and the families cooperation relates to the quality of kindergarten education, A high level of cooperation between Kindergartens and families is a prerequisite for the harmonious development. Therefore, the concern about the cooperation of the two parts in rural development has important theoretical and practical significance.This study uses qualitative research method and Selects 2 non-governmental kindergartens (Q kinddergarten and S kindergarten )respectively in village D and village Z in Linxia City, Gansu Province. Through on-site observation, depth interviews, in-kind collection, documentation and other methods, this research investigates the current status of their co-operation ,and then finds problems in the process, and tries to give strategies on how to improve the status on the basis of the analysis.This study is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the question and the research value, the aims and contents, and collates the relevant literature, clarifies the research methodology of this study. The second part describes and analyses the cooperation between Q kindergarten and S kindergarten and describes the status of the cooperation of the two gardens respectively, the researchers, a series of actions as well as some advice for the difficulties faced by the two kindergartens. The third part contains the problems and cause analysis in the cooperation. Among them, the problems include: Parents and educators have the problem of understanding and the deviation in practice. And the analysis is mainly from two aspects of macro and micro, that is: Economic and cultural backwardness in rural areas results in less attention to early childhood education; The government gives unequal input to the public and private gardens, so the non-governmental kindergartens are in the situation of inequality; non-governmental kindergartens are in the "vulnerable" position, so it is difficult to protect the legitimate rights and interests of teachers; Some ideas are tradition,for example,the Dao of teaching and the settle on dignity excessively;The cooperative arrangement of the home and the kindergarten is single and inflexible;The duty that educate infants is one-sided and narrow.In the fourth part, the researcher raises a few strategies for the problems of cooperation in the private kindergartens in rural areas in Linxia city. The strategies are: input of funds for education of public kindergartens and non-governmental kindergartens should be the same; The government should manage kindergartens according to the law and guarantee the immediate protection of the legitimate rights and interests of teachers; The government should improve the cooperation system and build the cooperation mechanisms; The gardens should create a good culture and lay a solid foundation for their cooperation; The key to realize their cooperation is to tap and enhance professionalism of teachers; The necessary conditions for their cooperation is to have a clear awareness of the role of cooperation; the core of cooperation is to encourage parents to participate actively.
