Researches On The Rural Residents' Minimum Living Security System In Zhejiang Province

This study is countermeasure research. Collecting materials through literary researches and comprehensively using tools of theories analysis of sociology, economics, social security and public policy, this study analyzes and summarizes how the rural residents'minimum living security system in Zhejiang Province is going, then tries to evaluate on it and gives advice about the rural residents'minimum living security system in the whole country.The first part includes the study background, the literature review and the delimitation of relevant concepts. In addition, the scheme, content, research method, objective and significance of this study are also mentioned.The second part vertically investigates the course of establishment and development of the rural residents'minimum living security system in Zhejiang Province. This part expounds the foundation of establishing system from the level of economic development and people's living, analyzes four phases of system changing and summarizes the present situation of the system.Based on Neil Gilbert's the framework of policy analysis, the third part analyzes the structure of the rural residents'minimum living security system in Zhejiang Province from the foundation of distribution, the content of distribution, the location of objective, giving and delivering, raising funds, management and execution.The fourth part evaluates on the rural residents'minimum living security system in Zhejiang Province from the ideas, adaptability, effectiveness and sustainability of system. Based on the conclusion of researches, the fifth part discusses the rural residents'minimum living security system in the whole country from consummating organization system, making the form of security abundance, laying down more scientific security level and making withdrawal system sound.
