The linkage about chemistry between the junior and the senior schools always concerned. Chemistry, Physics, Geography and Biology are amalgamated into the integrated curriculum, called Science, in the new round of curriculum reform. Science is concerned in practice because of the multidisciplinary background. However, students will study the subject curriculum in the senior middle school after the learning about the integrated curriculum in the junior school. Therefore, it's the new sorrow that ,the principals, in the junior high school, are anxious about the quality of teaching and enrolment rate; and that the principals, in the senior school, are anxious about the integrated curriculum will reduce the command degree of knowledge, which has the influence on the education quality and further study. So, the linkage about teaching is becoming a difficult problem, and should be urgently resolved.It would be propitious to the smooth transition from the enlightenment education to the science education in the chemistry, if the linkage investiqate had been well researched. Interviewing and taking evidences about the new comers'actuality , according to the feedback from teachers, combining with my own teaching practice, we know the serious discrepancy which boils down to the degree of the Curriculum Standard, students'learning status and methods, as well as the valued extent about the linkage teaching, and so on.In this paper, we consider that fine linkage needs the cooperation among school authorities, teachers and students. Only to update their concepts of education, strengthen the consciousness of the teaching linkage, regard the breakthrough point as the linkage about knowledge, and to assist in all aspects of teaching and learning improved at a wide range , can students'polarization ,which caused by the adverse transition from the junior high school to the senior high school ,be minimizesed, and can the phenomena that favoring one or some courses and neglect another or others be prevented. Furthermore, it can also help students to successfully and smoothly tide over difficulties as soon as possible, and help students to build up the keen interest about chemistry study. Ultimately, to fully improve students'scientific attainments.
