With the rapid development of higher education and the continuous expansion of enrollment, it is more difficult for students to hunt for a job. Since College students'employment is not only concerns the felicity and hope of college graduates,but also could affect the economic development and social stability.However, along with the more and more scorching competition in the employment market, the employers'requirements for graduates'comprehensive ability are rising. Employment quality, as an indication of undergraduates'employment level and the quality of the college education, has caught more and more attention from all the groups in the society.Based on the China's situation, this thesis concentrates on the structure of college students'employment capability. The thesis was started by questionnaires with half-opening questions and then conducted the theoretic construction of college students'employment by consulting the previous research theories, which is followed by initial questionnaire of measure table for college students'employability based on relevant measure tables. Afterwards, the researchers select proper samples for testing with the above-mentioned questionnaire. The project analysis and screening upon the research results lead to a formal questionnaire of the measure table for the self-evaluation on college students'employability totally with 92 items. The analysis of exploratory factors in formal questionnaire shows that the employability of college students is a multi-leveled and multi-dimensioned system.This thesis studies the structure of the college students'employability and enriches the study on capability psychology. The author emended the scales based on the measure and studied on the employment quality and the employability of undergraduates from different layers in this thesis. Therefore, employability is evaluated from 3 aspects: profession image, profession personality, and management skill. Employment quality is evaluated with impersonal index and subjective satisfaction. Through correlation, and Independence Sample T-Test, the thesis gets the results. It is helpful for college students'self-improvement and it will benefit the career guidance given by the universities and recruitment by the employers.
